Intelloids Free
Intelloids Free is designed for exploration with non-sensitive test data. Availability, usage limits and response quality may vary, and submitted data may be used for model training and other purposes. For production, choose Standard, Frontier or your own model.
Who we are
Intelloids is an analytics-agent platform developed and operated by Dataoids Analytics LLP (“Dataoids”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy explains how we handle personal information in the public website and Intelloids application.
An organization that provides access to Intelloids may control the business information, user assignments, connected services, and retention choices within its workspace. In those situations, users should also contact their organization administrator for organization-specific privacy questions.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with Intelloids, we may process:
- Identity and membership information, such as your name, email address, identity-provider identifiers, organization, role, and invitation status.
- Workspace activity, such as agent conversations, feedback, saved preferences, generated outputs, access decisions, and administrative actions.
- Connected-service information, including connection names, selected models, service status, encrypted credentials or session tokens, and data-source configuration supplied by an authorized administrator.
- Business context supplied to an agent, including source structure, field names, limited samples used during approved profiling, prompts, and information submitted in chats or setup workflows.
- Technical and security information, such as session, device, browser, IP-derived security signals, timestamps, errors, usage measurements, and audit records.
- Public-site communications, including information you choose to send when requesting a demo or contacting support.
We do not receive your Google or Microsoft password. Authentication is completed by the identity provider you select.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Intelloids; route users to the correct organization; operate agent creation, chat, analytics, dashboards, searchable values, and Deep Insights; maintain connections chosen by an organization; provide support; prevent misuse; measure reliability and usage; meet legal obligations; and improve the service.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your organization’s private content for advertising on our public website.
AI and connected model services
Intelloids connects your agents to AI models provided by third parties. An authorized organization administrator may connect an API account or an eligible subscription-based session from a third-party model provider.
When a model connection is used, relevant prompts, instructions, business context, and requested source results may be sent to that provider so it can generate a response. The organization authorizes that use when it connects and selects the service. The provider processes that information under its own terms, privacy policy, account rules, usage limits, and service availability.
If an organization connects an OpenAI API account or an eligible ChatGPT subscription session, OpenAI’s applicable terms and privacy practices govern that account and model processing. Account access, limits, suspension, or other provider-side decisions are controlled by OpenAI. Intelloids will show connection status where available, but Dataoids cannot guarantee continued eligibility or availability of a third-party account.
Administrators should use an account they are authorized to connect and should review the provider’s current policies before enabling it for an organization.
When information is shared
We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with:
- the organization that manages your Intelloids membership;
- identity providers used for sign-in;
- model, hosting, database, vector-search, email, monitoring, and infrastructure providers needed for the selected workflow;
- professional advisers or authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security; and
- a successor in a lawful business reorganization, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Organization administrators control which members can access published agents and may review organization-level activity permitted by their role.
Security and retention
We use access controls, tenant separation, encrypted credential storage, audit records, and operational safeguards designed to protect Intelloids information. No online service can promise absolute security, so organizations should grant only the access their agents need and promptly revoke connections or users that are no longer authorized.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with the organization’s configuration and contract, maintain security and audit evidence, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups until the applicable backup cycle completes.
Cookies and local storage
Intelloids uses necessary session cookies and related browser storage to authenticate users, protect requests, maintain safe handoffs, and remember presentation choices such as light or dark theme. We do not add advertising cookies to authenticated tenant pages.
If we introduce new website analytics or forms, we will review how they collect, use and retain information and obtain consent where required. Information from private organization workspaces will remain separate.
Your choices and rights
You may ask your organization administrator to correct membership information, change agent access, or address workspace content. You may also contact Dataoids to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or another right available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the organization that controls the workspace.
You can disconnect a model or data-source connection through authorized administration features. Doing so may prevent related agents from operating.
International processing and children
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use contractual and operational safeguards for those transfers.
Intelloids is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not provide access to a person who is not legally able to agree to the applicable organization terms.
