Terms of Use

Intelloids Free is designed for exploration with non-sensitive test data. Availability, usage limits and response quality may vary, and submitted data may be used for model training and other purposes. For production, choose Standard, Frontier or your own model.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to Intelloids, a service developed and operated by Dataoids Analytics LLP (“Dataoids”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing Intelloids, you agree to these Terms and any organization-specific agreement that applies to your workspace.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must use Intelloids for an organization only when authorized to do so. If your organization has a separate written agreement with Dataoids, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these public Terms.

You can create a workspace or join an organization by invitation. You must use your own approved identity, keep your account secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not share sessions, bypass access controls, misrepresent your identity or authority, or attempt to enter another organization’s workspace.

Organization administrators manage memberships, roles, agent assignments, connected services, and business content. Their authorized actions may affect your access and the agents available to you.

Intelloids connects your agents to the AI and data services your organization chooses. Underlying AI models are provided by third parties. Administrators may connect supported model services, identity providers, data sources, dashboards, and related systems for which the organization has appropriate rights.

Connecting an API credential or an eligible subscription-based session authorizes Intelloids to use that connection for the organization’s configured agent workflows. The account holder remains responsible for ensuring that this use is permitted by the provider and by their organization.

Third-party services remain governed by their own terms, acceptable-use rules, privacy practices, quotas, technical limitations, and availability. For an OpenAI API or eligible ChatGPT subscription connection, OpenAI’s applicable terms and policies apply. Provider-side account restrictions, usage limits, changes, suspension, or loss of access may interrupt an agent even when Intelloids is otherwise operating normally. Dataoids is not responsible for provider decisions or third-party account eligibility, but we will provide reasonable connection status and reauthentication options where supported.

You and your organization retain rights in the information you provide, subject to the permissions needed for Dataoids to operate Intelloids. You grant Dataoids a limited right to process that information to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for connected data, prompts, sample records, dashboards, model accounts, and user access. Do not submit information that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, violates a confidentiality duty, or is prohibited by your organization.

Although Intelloids is designed around approved and read-only analytics behavior, your organization remains responsible for the scope and permissions of the credentials it connects and for reviewing outputs before using them for important decisions.

You may not use Intelloids to:

• break the law, violate another party’s rights, or evade provider policies;
• probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent security or tenant boundaries;
• introduce malware, harmful instructions, or content intended to manipulate connected agents or systems;
• access data, accounts, or functionality beyond your authorization;
• use generated output as the sole basis for a high-impact decision where human review is legally or reasonably required; or
• resell or expose the service to unauthorized third parties without written permission.

AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Intelloids provides context, evidence, evaluation, and governance features to support review, but it does not replace professional judgment. You are responsible for checking important answers, queries, charts, recommendations, and source evidence before acting on them.

Similar output may be generated for different users, and output may not be unique. Feedback you provide may be used within your organization’s configured workflow to improve its agent prompts and evaluation.

Dataoids and its licensors retain all rights in Intelloids, its software, design, documentation, and branding, excluding customer content and third-party materials. These Terms provide a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Intelloids for its intended organizational purpose.

This includes Microsoft and its Power BI and Dynamics NAV brands, Qlik, Salesforce, and the other data-source and AI-provider brands shown on our website. Dataoids does not claim ownership of these third-party names, logos or trademarks. They are used for identification and illustration only and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Their display does not guarantee that a particular integration is available in every workspace.

We work to keep Intelloids reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, connected providers, customer systems, internet services, security events, and circumstances outside our control. Features may evolve as we improve the product or respond to legal, security, and provider requirements.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, organizations, Dataoids, or connected services; investigate misuse; comply with law; address non-payment under an applicable agreement; or respond to a material violation of these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Intelloids is provided without warranties beyond those expressly included in an applicable written agreement. We do not warrant that every generated answer will be accurate, that every third-party connection will remain available, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, Dataoids is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses; loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data; or losses caused by third-party services, provider account decisions, customer configuration, or use of unreviewed generated output. Any aggregate liability is limited as stated in the applicable written agreement or, if none applies, to the amount paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You may stop using Intelloids at any time. Organization administrators may remove memberships or unpublish agents. Dataoids may terminate access when the applicable agreement ends or when continued access would violate these Terms, law, security requirements, or third-party service conditions.

Provisions concerning ownership, confidentiality, payment, responsibility, disclaimers, liability, dispute handling, and any rights that by their nature should survive will continue after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a written agreement with your organization provides otherwise. Disputes will be handled under the dispute provisions in that agreement or, where no separate agreement applies, by the courts having jurisdiction over Dataoids Analytics LLP.

We may update these Terms and will publish the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
